Harlow Scientific’s service facility has a full time staff with over 22 years of experience in repairing and servicing all types of laboratory and scientific equipment. Our technicians provide responsive, cost effective service to help our clients with any issue or repair. Harlow specializes in servicing equipment for schools, hospitals, biotech and pharmaceutical companies in Cambridge/Boston and throughout the New England area.

We Repair the Following Equipment:

• HPLC – Agilent, HP, PE, Waters, Varian, Shimadzu, Jasco, Horiba, Hitachi and more
• Centrifuges – Beckman, Sorvall, Thermo, Jouan, IEC, Qiagen, etc.
• Microplate Readers – Molecular Devices, Perkin Elmer,  BioTek, Thermo, GE
• General Purpose – Ovens, Incubators, Autoclaves, Lyophilizers, Speed Vacs, Analyzers, etc.

• Rates: In-House Bench Repair $140/hour or On-Site $170/hour

In-Shop Repair: Our well-equipped and fully-staffed repair shop located in our Arlington, MA, headquarters can perform expert repairs on most all laboratory systems and accessories. Our service rate for in-shop repair is  $140/hour and we offer a Thirty (30) DAY WARRANTY on replacement parts and workmanship for all bench repairs.

On-Site Repair: Harlow Scientific is able to provide excellent service to labs throughout New England. On-site rates $170/hour and we offer a Thirty (30) DAY WARRANTY on replacement parts and workmanship we perform on your equipment.

Warranty Repair: All Harlow Scientific Re-Certified equipment includes a 3 MONTH WARRANTY. Warranty repairs may be performed on-site or in-shop, depending on the nature of the problem.
