Description - The Eppendorf Mastercycler gradient makes PCR temperature a much quicker process. Using the gradient function a temperature gradient can be configured across the block for temperature differences between 1 and 20°C.  What used to take several runs at different temperatures can now be completed in just one run.  When the gradient function is not in use the Peltier controlled block offers precise homogeneity, guaranteeing the best reproducible results.

The Eppendorf Mastercycler gradient block can hold both 0.2 and 0.5ml tubes or a microtitre plate. There is no need to change blocks. The Eppendorf Mastercycler gradient controlled thermal cycler is a great fit for labs that out running our of space.  This small foot print PCR is equipped for 96 well blocks.
