Description - The BD FACSCanto II is the second generation of Canto's built on a user friendly platform that delivers high quality data in a prompt fashion. The basic setup comes complete with a 6 color, 2 laser (488, 633nm) system, integrated fluidics cart, autosampler, PC and FACSDiva software. Optional upgrades available such as an 8 color 3 laser (405, 488, 633nm), or an 8 color detection 2 laser instrument (488, 633nm). Also available, the 2D barcord reader option with choice of two automated sample loading systems and the Becton Dickinson High Throughput Sampler (HTS) for 384 and 96 well microtiter plates.
