Description - The AKTA Prime FPLC is a small foot print design with one step purification process that operates with most compact columns.  The column is attached to the side of the system as easily as a snap and click.  The  AKTAprime View 5.0 software comes with a large library of preprogrammed  methods for affinity tagged proteins, antibodies and simple clean up.  This system is ideal for gel filtration, HIC, ion exchange, affinity chromatography and buffer exchange.  The AKTAprime comes complete with system pump, fraction collector, UV monitors, valves for buffer and sample injection.

Includes - Dell Optiplex Pentium IV running Windows XP Professional, Prime View Software,  17" LCD Monitor, Operator's Guide, All Required Cables, Calibration Report and our standard parts & labor warranty.
